OUR DELIVERY TERMS WITHIN DUBAI
- Same day delivery 7 days a week within 3 hours.
- Monday to Saturday 10am to 10 pm, Sunday 3pm to 10pm.
- Orders over 500 dhs free delivery
- Orders under 500 dhs delivery charge is 25 dhs.
- Any order placed after 10pm will delivered on the next day.
- Cash on delivery Only( payment upon visa card not available)
- Friday delivery only Dubai & Sharjah
OUTSIDE DUBAI CITY
- 6 working day delivery (Sunday closed)
- Any order placed before 9.00 PM will be delivered on next day.
- Orders placed before 1 pm will be delivered the same day
- Orders placed after 1 pm on Saturday to Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
- Cash on delivery. Over 500dhs free delivery.
OUTSIDE CITY AREA
- Delivery within 3 days (Sun closed)
- More than 180km far from Dubai areas are 50 dhs will be an additional charge.
LOCAL PICK-UP
- Available 7 days a week
- Order can be picked up from 1.00 pm to 9.30pm.
- For the local pick-up option, we accept cash only.
- We will contact you for the exact pick-up location.
